Directions from the A1(M) Junction 4
Exit the A1(M) at junction 4 and follow signs for Welwyn Garden City (A6129). Follow the road to the end, running parallel with the A1(M) until you get to a roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout following signs for Welwyn Garden City town centre. Stay on this road all the way to the top where you reach another roundabout. There are 3 turnings, the 1st goes to Welwyn Garden City, the 2nd also to Welwyn Garden City and QE2 hospital, the 3rd is a right turn into the Gosling Sports Park. Take the 2nd exit on the roundabout and follow the road for approximately 150 yards, where you will see a petrol station on your left and on your right is the Stanborough Inn beefeater and Premier Inn. Turn right into this car park and follow the car park round to the right, driving back towards the Gosling Sports Park. You will see signs for The Wellness Centre, on the ground floor underneath the Collingwood Suite.
