TRX Classes
There are currently 2 class levels for TRX at Gosling:
Beginner
The beginners’ class is for those who haven’t used the TRX before or are not completely confident – the instruction will accommodate for this.
Intermediate
The intermediate class is at a slightly higher tempo, with an integration of additional equipment, taking you to a new level of fitness. Admission to the intermediate class is only through an instructor and is only suitable for those who have used the straps before.

I can't make the time of these classes, but I'm really keen to try out the TRX, what do I do? As the classes continue to fill up we will be opening up new classes, so email us (trx@wellnesscentreuk.com) with times that you and your friends could make. If we get enough interest then we'll open up a new class for you!
