Why Should I use TRX?
The TRX will challenge your body like nothing else usually found in the gym environment. Suspension training will challenge your core in every single exercise you do as every one uses your bodyweight. This will teach you to be more aware of your posture, whilst at the same time building a functionally strong body.
Changing the intensity of any exercise on the TRX is simple. With a quick adjustment in foot or hand position, you can constantly challenge yourself, getting the most out of every exercise.

David Miller and Dale Brooks, who both have qualifications in postural correction, instruct the classes. Every exercise will be completed with optimal structural alignment throughout the body. This means that you are safe in the knowledge that you are doing every exercise correctly, building strength and tone in all of your muscles, whilst improving your postural endurance.
